Lastly the application fault, it's exactly what it sounds like. A fault with the WGCenter preventing it from running. Considering you've tried to re-install the the program 15 times I feel it's pretty pointless of me to say but just to be sure. Did you do a clean install? Have you wiped all the WGCenter files, shortcuts and folders in both the installation area and your AppData/Roaming/Local folders? Everything? I would recommend installing and running CCleaner, it's a safe program that will allow you to "clean" files and remove programs entirely. There's not much else I can say other than make sure you share all the logs you have with support and if you feel you aren't getting anywhere then contact a WG EU Staff Member and they might be able to escalate your case, but no promises.
